                    <description>&lt;p&gt;If a minecart with a chest in it goes over a hopper, it won&apos;t deposit it&apos;s items in it. I&apos;m sorry if this isn&apos;t a bug, it&apos;s just that they did on a previous version and it didn&apos;t show up on the changelog.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

@Owen I believe it is intended that items won&apos;t enter the hopper when it is powered, the only way you can get items in a hopper is by using another hopper or right clicking it.&lt;/p&gt;</comment>

If a hopper is powered, it will prevent items from &lt;b&gt;entering&lt;/b&gt; it as well as leaving it when sourcing items from a minecart with a chest. I&apos;m not sure if that is intended, but when you&apos;re sourcing items from other locations (such as a chest or another hopper) it allows items to enter but not leave when powered, so there are two very different behaviors right now.&lt;/p&gt;</comment>
