            <title>[MC-6600] Hoppers makes items jump when they dont fit in the hopper</title>

                    <description>&lt;p&gt;So when you have several hoppers next to each other in a sorter... Items tempt to go flying... Because if the item doesnt fit in there it jumps ump and maybe skips it good place. So this makes sorting machines only work at 95% can you guys fix that?&lt;/p&gt;</description>

You don&apos;t have to use water, just use hoppers instead of water. Just search for it on youtube/google&lt;/p&gt;</comment>

The item tries to fall on the carved middle, but can&apos;t occupy that space due to the new item ejection code so it jumps. Similar behavior can be seen with the lower step of a stair block.&lt;/p&gt;</comment>

Its a great machine... But if a hopper has like cobble in it and dirt tries to go in. It checks in like 1 tick and if it ain&apos;t fitting in there it litterally JUMPS up and keeps the velocity it was going in. Wich may screw it up becus the next hopper maybe have the right item in where it fits in. But then it jumps over it because of that. Hope you understand&lt;/p&gt;</comment>
