[MC-6432] Too many tripwires causes crash

                <project id="10400" key="MC">Minecraft: Java Edition</project>

I created a superflat world, starting with classic but adding a layer of air, and a layer of tripwires. The resulting world crashes the client about 1 second after loading.

I've attached the world I made that causes the crash. I reproduced the crash both on the released version and on the most recent snapshot.
