[MC-638] Chunks unload via teleporting with command block before a button or pressure plates unpowers

                <project id="10400" key="MC">Minecraft: Java Edition</project>

I built a commandBlock with a pressure Plate directly above it so i have a "teleport-station". when i teleported back the pressure plate was still down like someone stands on it. same with a button. i think the chunk unloaded to quickly

What I expected to happen was...:
The pressure plate and button should be back at their default position when i come back

What actually happened was...:
They were still powered

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build a commandblock with teleport command and pressure plate attached to it
2. use it and teleport yourself far away
3. come back and see the result

It's not just pressure plates or buttons, either. It's any redstone update that's fed into the command block. Sometimes it will reset before the chunk is unloaded, but 40-50% of the time it doesn't and it gets stuck. I'm currently using BUD switches to get around this, but it's still annoying and should be fixed.

Edit: My suggestion is just to have it keep the chunks in memory for an extra redstone tick or two.
</comment>

Ive build some teleporters myself, they indeed are still pushed when i teleport back, but they pop out immediately. But that is not really a bug, actually its good that Minecraft is able to immediatly unload a chunk.
</comment>
