[MC-504] Mobs try to jump nether brick fence

                <project id="10400" key="MC">Minecraft: Java Edition</project>

What I expected: Nether brick fence to behave like wood fence.

What happens: Chickens, creepers, sheep, and presumably other mobs stand at the fence and jump over and over. I guess they're trying to jump on it like a normal block.

Nether brick fences, however, were kept broken.
All fences are 1.5 blocks tall, too high for mobs to jump on/over.
</comment>

I had to replace my wooden fence with nether brick fence. After doing this, zombies no longer path find'ed around the fence, but tried to jump over it. When I put back the wooden fence, they were smart and walked around. I remember stone walls had this issue before, so I think Mojang just forgot to apply the same fix to nether brick fences.
</comment>
