[MC-4204] The Anvil suks more exp than it should be

                <project id="10400" key="MC">Minecraft: Java Edition</project>

The anvil is kinda bugged, when you put some item into it, it sucks more exp than is showing on the screen.

Example:Reparing a Diamond Sword with some diamonds. Required:10 levels. And then you get the item all repared, but you just realized that the anvil didn't suck 10 levels, it sucked almost 20!

My friend said that, very rare, the anvil sucks your exp sometimes without even reparing your item.

Even though it is called experience, it isn't really "Experience"

It is actually kind of like a form of money. In order for some things to work, you need to pay money. If you do certain things, you earn money.

Don't take the previous statement to literally. You need to think of it a bit more abstract in order to see how minecraft uses "Experience"
</comment>
