[MC-400] The red lava overlay fades from level 32 downwards.

                <project id="10400" key="MC">Minecraft: Java Edition</project>

When immersed in lava the red overlay loses it's opacity from 32 downwards until there is no red left and it just looks slightly dim.

To reproduce:
1. Nerd hole down to the bedrock.
2. Place lava at y: 32.
3. Wait for the lava to reach the bottom.
4. Descend.

Same way 'fog of war' in RTS type games doesn't represent actual fog, and is just a gameplay thing. In that context, having it within lava and water isn't so consistent.
</comment>
