[MC-3845] Tamed dog online/offline

                <project id="10400" key="MC">Minecraft: Java Edition</project>

I tumbled upon a little annoying bug with the dogs. That if you play Singelplayer offline and tame a dog, it follows you by your name(right?) which in offline mode is Player. But if you then log in and then get your actual username, the dog wont follow you, even if you still got the same inventory. I suggest that you make a new point for the dog to identify the player.

I can successfully:

Create a world offline, spawn a wolf, tame it, color its collar, save/quit. Then reconnect to the internet, log in, play the same world, and sit/unsit the dog and it recognizes me as its owner.

I have not tested cats.
</comment>

Also now that my cats have gotten up due to an attack on me, they will not sit down again. So all my dogs are permanently sitting, and all my cats are permanently not-sitting. I'm not sure which is the more annoying!
</comment>

Don't be scared to make your dogs/cats sit. For example, If you make them sit while online, they will only not stand back up if you are playing offline. Or if you make them sit while offline, they will only not stand back up if you are playing online.
</comment>
