            <title>[MC-3829] East - South Rule or Bug?</title>

                    <description>&lt;p&gt;Golden Rails are placing from 2 (North) to 0 (South) When I am looking at 3 (East) or 1 (West). Why?&lt;/p&gt;</description>
                <environment>Windows XP Profesional SP3. Intel Core 2 Duo 2.66 Ghz, 3.50 Gb of RAM. Single Player, It was not corrected when i restarted the game, It was not corrected when I closed and restarted the programm.&lt;br/&gt;
