[MC-3746] Wolves Always Disappear on Servers

                <project id="10400" key="MC">Minecraft: Java Edition</project>

Pretty much i had 5 wolves and I logged off a server. When I got back on I only had 2 wolves.
this was not the first time this had happened to me. This had occurred on a variety of different servers including my own. On my server, I do not use any mods or anything, and they all disappeared. One time, they teleported back to me and my friend and turned on us. However, usually they just disappear and are never seen again. This happened to my friend too on a different server so I know its not just me. (She uses PC) Here is a link to a forum in which this has happened to other people: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/244072-my-wolves-keep-disappearing/

What I expected to happen was...:
I thought my wolves wouldn't randomly disappear.

What actually happened was...:
My wolves disappeared

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Be on a server.
2. Tame wolves
3. Sometimes if you hit someone, they never stop growling and then disappear without needing to logging off.
