[MC-362] Skeleton and Spiders spawn everywhere.

                <project id="10400" key="MC">Minecraft: Java Edition</project>

Put the summary of the bug you're having here

What I expected to happen was...:
Normally I would expect a moderate amount of mobs spawning at night.

What actually happened was...:
Every available space surrounding my established base is filled with either spiders or skeletons. As I stand atop my building, every outside space is filled with either skeletons or spiders. They have not spawned in the lighted areas in my "house". But the game is struggling with the amount of mobs spawned.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Unknown. The bud occurred when I loaded the game.

You will probably see hundreds of red or yellow (I forget which color) cubes. These are the mobs. Select them in a big box, and press the "Delete Entities" button. Save, and quit before starting up Minecraft. This may allow you to play your world again.
</comment>

My edition of Minecraft is up to date and my other worlds function without problems. But, regrettably that world seems lost...
</comment>

If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
</comment>

If you light up all the caves and all the ground in a large area, the only place they can spawn is in the mob spawner/grinder. If that's is so with your map I could see a lot of mobs spawning around the dark spots. but that's not likely the case, and there wouldn't be half that many mobs. And its all Skeleton and Spiders!

You must have used mob eggs....
</comment>

But I think its mostly some glitch or something at my end... I figured I`d throw it up here in case anybody else had a similar problem. Or knew of a way to get rid of it without loosing everything I`ve built up...
</comment>
