[MC-3526] Glitch with Dogs

                <project id="10400" key="MC">Minecraft: Java Edition</project>

I believe the Dogs are glitched.
How I glitched the Dogs.
Using a Wolf egg while in creative mode. Made 3 wolfs, made a 4th one by using egg on wolf producing baby wolf. Tamed the 3 adult wolves in to dogs. then attacked the baby wolf. The three dogs became hostel towards me. Could not lose agro unless attacked by other mob (IE:Spider). Then agro'd on me again. Got to high point where Dogs couldn't attack me and logged out of the server. When I logged back in to server dogs would just jump in one place. Even if I wasn't at that location. Even if I killed one of the dogs didn't change their focus for wanting to jump in that single spot. Even when giving cooked chicken to trigger breeding mode, dogs will display hearts but will not breed.

This was done on a Survival server where I can change in to different modes.
