[MC-2998] Mojang's use of Jira features

                <project id="10400" key="MC">Minecraft: Java Edition</project>

I just want to point out that Mojang isn't making use of so many of the ways Jira provides to communicate to its users that it cares about these issues (especially ones that have received many votes from users): setting an intended Fix Version, assigning it to someone, or making use of the Priority field (everything is minor ?!?)

Don't get me wrong, I don't mean to imply that Mojang doesn't care, but these features of Jira can rather naturally communicate to users that it does, and not using them can come off as kind of a stony silence.

I write this as someone who has used Jira for many years both as a developer and user of other software, and Mojang's usage of Jira is kind of...unusual.

2. Where should one go to contact mods directly to discus incorrect or misappropriate classifications of bugs, the definition of 'invalid' as used by mods here and other such issues?
</comment>
