[MC-2986] Ticking screen

                <project id="10400" key="MC">Minecraft: Java Edition</project>

There are no mods when I get close to a specific area (It's an arena made of obsidian and netherrack) When the arena starts generating (Underneeth it is some flowing lava, not much, and water is flowing in the middle) I receive this error. The closer I got, the more it would crash. So I put myself in the center of the arena, and the game now gives me this error. I ran some region fixers, and opened with MC Edit, and they all work fine.

I put the map in single player (Again, no mods, no anything) and it still crashed in the same spot. I posted the file below.
