[MC-2876] After I died, my items were triplicated

                <project id="10400" key="MC">Minecraft: Java Edition</project>

I died in a NPC village for an Enderman and respawned in my house in the mountains, quite far (distance = half a day walking). But I was stuck in the ground, so I clicked "save and return to the main menu" and reopened the world.

I wasn't near my bed, but in the second floor (variation of my <del>MC-2151</del>), so I went down the stairs and ran to the Village. My items weren't in the location, so I clicked "save and return to the main menu" and reopened the world. Part of them was in the place, and I took them.

I repeated the process of closing and reopening two more times, and all my item reappeared on the ground two times, so I took much more than I had before dying.

My XP was completely lost.

In <del>MC-409</del> the alterations weren't saved. In my case they were, so I obtained the items. The problem is that the items reappeared, and I obtained them again, gaining more items that I had before dying.
</comment>
