[MC-2743] Command block Glitch

                <project id="10400" key="MC">Minecraft: Java Edition</project>

The command block does not clear a certain amount of block you set it too. It will only clear ALL of the Item. Ex:

/clear @p [ID]     -Works
/clear @p [ID] [#] -Doesn't Work

I found this bug when I was trying to make a shop on my vanilla server but I could not clear a certain amount of what I'm using as currency.

Please fix this Bug

                            <comment id="447289" author="mariustanghal03" created="Mon, 16 Apr 2018 16:20:09 +0200"  >
If you do /clear command with a certain value you want to clear, it's also clear item even though the certain value you chose is lower. Fo example you do /clear @p emerald 10 and you have more than 10 emerald it will only less 10 to your item but if you only have 2 and you want to clear is 10 ot should also work it will clear your 2 emerald. Not a bug
</comment>

                            <comment id="85635" author="floedekage" created="Sun, 7 Jul 2013 22:14:39 +0200"  >
This should still be considered a bug.
Seeing /clear as the opposite of /give it should have the same possible arguments. So when /give have

[amount] [meta], /clear should likewise have
[item] [amount] [meta].

I strongly suggest activating this as a bug again.
</comment>

The clear command will alway clear all items of a kind.
</comment>
