[MC-2705] Chunk borders visible from ice and 'water walls'.

                <project id="10400" key="MC">Minecraft: Java Edition</project>

Ice has long had visible chunk borders, that much I'm familiar with. That's half of the bug I'm reporting. The other seems to be some sort of paper thin wall that randomly generates in ocean water. Oddly, if you cause a block update to the area afflicted section, it disappears. The water wall does not however seem to do anything. Can be easily found by flying around snowy biomes (for ice) and oceans (for water walls).

I can confirm this, although it only happens in when Graphics is set to Fast. Setting it to Fancy fixes the problem.
</comment>
