[MC-270] Skeletons shoot arrows faster than humanly possible

                <project id="10400" key="MC">Minecraft: Java Edition</project>

What I expect:

Skeletons reaction time is reasonable.

What actually happens:

Skeletons shoot the very moment line of sight is established. Even if they're facing the other direction.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Build an L shaped hallway
2. Spawn skeletons on one leg of the L
3. Walk to the other leg then walk around the corner
4. Get shot before you can even blink

Its normally shoots at 0. When you get in its range it realise its in 0 state and shoots, then start the normal timer.
</comment>

They need not be bound by human limitations. Also, all mobs have supernatural player tracking abilities. However, it is interesting, and Gravity notes, that their first shot has impeccable accuracy and speed, while their aiming on subsequent shots tends to be pretty laughable.
</comment>

Sometimes the arrow will be fired before the skeleton is even done turning around.
</comment>
