[MC-2595] Thousands separator "NBSP"-sign

                <project id="10400" key="MC">Minecraft: Java Edition</project>

Not sure if this issue presents itself in Minecraft or just when using mods simply because the thousands separator is never used in Vanilla.

I'm using Swedish region settings which uses a space as thousands separator and it renders as a "NBSP"-sign instead.(See attached image)

EDIT: I was able to reproduce this in Vanilla too! (See additional screenshot!)
Btw, used this Java code to get the NBSP-signs:

NumberFormat nf = NumberFormat.getInstance();
System.out.println(nf.format(1000));
System.out.println(nf.format(100000));
System.out.println(nf.format(1000000000));

                <environment>Mac OS X 10.8.2 (also tested on Windows 7, same results)
Java 1.7 update 9</environment>

The issue is your locale is using the NBSP sign for a thousands separator - thankfully, that is never used in Minecraft itself, so it doesn't need to display it.
</comment>

To reproduce (on windows), using the notepad hold the left ALT key and press 0160, that will create the NBSP char. CTRL+C / CTRL+V that on a book and that's it.

I think this can be reopened. Unless it was a design choice of the developers, I'm pretty sure it can be fixed or at least replaced for a regular space.
</comment>
