                    <description>&lt;p&gt;My minecraft lags even though i have allocated 4 gb of memory to minecraft.exe. further more my computer has 2500 gb of memory and 15 gb of ram. The game basically lags no matter what I do to it, except when I have the fog set to max and the graphics set to fancy. It would help the minecraft communtiy if you guys can help me.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

Are you getting FPS (generally slow) lag, lag spikes (random frame drops/freezes), or logic lag (chunks not loading, block issues, etc...)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We need more detail if we&apos;re going to help you. It could come down to your video card simply not being fast enough to calculate the scene.&lt;/p&gt;</comment>

&lt;p&gt;Also try these video settings:&lt;br/&gt;
Fast,&lt;br/&gt;
Normal/Short&lt;br/&gt;
VSync: ON&lt;br/&gt;
Particle: Decrese/Minimal&lt;br/&gt;
Smooth lighing: OFF&lt;br/&gt;
Performance: Max FPS/Banlace&lt;/p&gt;
