[MC-2138] Endermen in daylight do not freeze when looked at, do not stay angry

                <project id="10400" key="MC">Minecraft: Java Edition</project>

Enderman in daylight (in plains biome). I looked at him, walked up to him, hit him with a sword. He teleported away and became non-angry. Looking at him again, which supposedly freezes them in place until you look away, he kept teleporting away before I could even catch up with him again. And after each teleport he went back to peaceful again, even though the 'angry enderman' sounds continued to play.

And as far as endermen becoming peaceful - that behaviour has definitely changed. It used to be that if you aggravated an enderman, he would stay angry at you until dawn of the next day. I exploited that somewhat in a superflat game. But now they lose track of things after a single teleport, so they become unable to attack you effectively on the surface, because they'll usualy teleport a few times during a fight, and now materialising in daylight seems to instantly calm them down.
</comment>

I noticed before that endermen become peaceful in daylight and just teleport away and despawn somewhere. Though the sound shouldnt play then.
</comment>
