Dinnerbone has said this is an error (sand incorrectly has the sound of soul sand), and at present /both/ instances of the bug are closed. MC3018 has the clearer description of the bug, but this report has the confirmation that it&apos;s a bug from Dinnerbone.&lt;/p&gt;</comment>

The new sound was made for soul sand, but sand and soul sand shared the same noise, accidentally giving sand the noise as well.&lt;/p&gt;</comment>

Therefore, I feel that they had to apply the wrong voice. The sound is matched to soulsand rather than sand.&lt;/p&gt;</comment>
