                    <description>&lt;p&gt;When I get on a new server in multiplayer it said &quot;connection time out&quot; after five minutes, then when I get back on or see the IP address, it will say 1.3 on the connection bar. I think its some kind of bug or glitch.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
