[MC-196] Falling anvils do not maintain orientation while falling

                <project id="10400" key="MC">Minecraft: Java Edition</project>

Falling anvils do not maintain orientation while falling.

What I expected to happen was...:
The anvil to maintain its orientation while falling.

What actually happened was...:
It placed in one orientation, fell in another, then landed back in the original orientation.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place an anvil - trying both possible orientations. Check screenshots for symptoms!

If you place an anvil on which has the long side on the Z axis, it will not rotate while falling.
</comment>
