                    <description>&lt;p&gt;In the game archives the snow cape (block) can be stacked but in-game no stacked naturally in Snowfalls. Is a bug so that not implemented? like wait disc.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

&lt;p&gt;(But this particular bug entry/issue was a bit premature.. I have no idea whether this would warrant a new issue, or reusing this old one.
