            <title>[MC-182] Java Machine Error</title>
                <link>https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-182</link>
                <project id="10400" key="MC">Minecraft: Java Edition</project>
<description>&lt;p&gt;I have the latest version of Minecraft (1.4.2 Pre Release) and even on the 1.3 version I still have the same error that keeps me from playing completely. Every time I try to open it it will say &quot;Java Virtual Machine Error, A java exception has occurred. The program will exit.&quot; When I press ok it does not let me play and when I try to play online it&apos;s just a white screen. I really want to play and this error has driven me up a wall for months. I thought the latest update would get rid of this error but it did not, and I&apos;ve tried searching all over the place to find a solution but nothing has worked. I&apos;ve tried deleting all my files, mods, messed with the properties (Though I still don&apos;t see how that would help but someone told me to.) Not a single thing has worked and this is a big bummer for me, even though I&apos;ve got the Xbox version I can only play it sometimes. This his happened to so many people yet the the problem persists. Can anyone help me?&lt;/p&gt;</description>
