[MC-1356] Fences don't render correctly underneath

                <project id="10400" key="MC">Minecraft: Java Edition</project>

The connection of fences aren't rendering properly underneath.

What I expected to happen was...:
To not be able to see the sky from beneath the connection of 2 fences

What actually happened was...:
I was able to do it

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Placed a fence
2. Placed another fence next to that one
3. This happened: http://imgur.com/a/ogS2J#0

It's a render issue, I'd think, and the renderer doesn't care about block types. If for some reason it decides to flip normals, it will do so everywhere, not just on fences or fence gates. As such, the issues describe the same fault. Try 1.4.3pre if you want, and see if that fixed the fences as well as the fence gates.
</comment>
