[MC-11623] Paintings dissappear when placed, but re-appear when the world is re-loaded.

                <project id="10400" key="MC">Minecraft: Java Edition</project>

Whenever I place a painting, It's placed, but after a split-second, it disappears. I placed the painting on the same side of the block several times, and they kept disappearing. It wasn't until I reloaded the world and found the paintings overlapping each other on the same block I placed them on. I'm assuming this bug happens in both Survival and Creative Mode, as Adventure Mode doesn't let you place or break blocks. I even checked the number of entities by pressing F3 to see that the painting/entity is gone after placing, but when I reload the world, the paintings appear.

I expected the painting to be placed normally as-is, but now it appears to be buggy.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a painting onto an empty block.
2. If the painting disappears when placed, place again.
3. If the bug persists, reload the world.
4. See paintings overlapping each-other.
