So mojang added 0.5 tick delay to it. But after some snapshots, its delay had 1 tick when in subtraction mode, and now it always have 1-tick delay. Is it intended? If so, there's no problem closing this issue.
</comment>

Since to me it seems that it is working as intended, a comparator (either in compare or subtract mode) have the same amount of delay as a repeater at default timing, so 1 redstone tick, which is equal to 2 game ticks.
</comment>

If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
</comment>
