<project id="10400" key="MC">Minecraft: Java Edition</project>

I had a group of about a dozen tamed wolves sitting down together in a room inside my house. I had left them there for a long time without telling them to stand up, so they were undisturbed other than my iron golem occasionally bumping into them. One day, I hit two or three of them with snowballs that I had thrown. They then all began to growl at me. Thinking that they had somehow taken damage from the snowballs, I threw 2 splash potions of healing at them and fed them all rotten flesh. This did not help. I tried feeding them bones as well, and as I tried to do this, I realized that all but one of them were stuck sitting down and would not stand up when I told them to. But, the one that will stand up is still growling at me uncontrollably. I am not sure whether or not the growling and the wolves being stuck sitting down are related or not, but I noticed them both at the same time, so they may or may not be related. They had been left there when I was playing version 1.2.2, which I then updated to 1.4.2, and all of the versions after that up to the current version, 1.4.7, and I was playing 1.4.7 when I noticed the bug(s).

This is the first time that I had to report a bug, so I didn't know very well how to check if the bugs had already been reported, so that's why they are duplicates, by the way. Okay, thanks for clearing that up
</comment>

I always played offline before I updated the first time, but after I updated, I always played online, and since my name was changed from "Player" from when I was offline and tamed the dogs to my username when I began playing online, the dogs do not recognize me as their owner now.
