[BDS-968] Created a server on Ubuntu, cannot connect to it.

                <project id="11700" key="BDS">Bedrock Dedicated Server</project>

*** EDIT: This seems to have been resolved in version 1.12.0.28, I can connect to my server now.

—

Like the title says, I created a Bedrock server on Ubuntu, and I cannot connect to it. Here's my findings:

If I launch Bedrock Server 1.11.4.2 on my Ubuntu system thru port 25565, I cannot connect to it on my laptop with Win10 Minecraft 1.11.4 thru neither LAN nor external IP address. But if I launch Minecraft Java on my Ubuntu system thru port 25565, I can connect to it on my laptop with Java Minecraft on either IP address and I can play all day. (I chose 25565 because I know that port is open thru my router).

If Minecraft Bedrock Server is running, external port scanner websites on the Ubuntu PC show port 25565 is closed. If Minecraft Java Server is running, external port scanner websites on the Ubuntu PC show port 25565 is open.

If I run Bedrock Server 1.11.4.2 (Win10 download) on a Win10 PC, I can connect to it from both LAN and external IP address and play with no problems.

When I run Bedrock Server 1.11.4.2 on both Win10 and Ubuntu, the console output is exactly the same with no errors, where it says 'Server started.' as the last line.

So the bottom line, Bedrock Server 1.11.4.2 on Ubuntu runs, but nobody can connect to it.

<environment>Ubuntu 18.10, Bedrock Server 1.11.4.2 (thru port 25565) Affected version is 1.11.4.2, not 1.8.1.2 (no option to choose 1.11.4.2).</environment>
