&lt;p&gt;If you leave the ports as their default value (19132 and 19133) they should always remain the same, allowing you to forward ports etc as needed. The second ports that are opened are not needed and can be ignored.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;When choosing non-standard ports in your config the &quot;random&quot; second set of ports will switch back to the default, but again the ports you set in properties should not change and should be available to port forward.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I cannot reproduce a scenario where the ports set in server.properties are not available on server start.&lt;/p&gt;</comment>
