&lt;p&gt;I would suggest, if you can and your hardware supports it, upgrading to a 64-bit OS. There is very little hardware out there that still requires 32-bit software and if your device supports it a 64-bit OS will likely mean a performance improvement for you.&lt;/p&gt;
