[BDS-4040] PS4 users disconnect

                <project id="11700" key="BDS">Bedrock Dedicated Server</project>

I have a world hosted on bedrock dedicated server. I started this world in version 1.14.1.4, and it seemed to run fine then.

Now when someone plays on the server through a local PS4, it works for some amount of time. After a while the users are kicked out and then they see an error. The PS4 user does have custom skins, but they do not crash worlds hosted on the PS4. When the PS4 players are kicked, the world stays up and if someone is playing on the computer the server is hosted on, that player is fine. Other scenarios have not yet been tested, error code will have to come later, but it has been reported at least once through the PS4 system, but I don't know how useful that is.

Unfortunately without an error message its going to be really hard to narrow down which one of our existing reports this relates to. I'll ask that this one be closed for the time being.

On an anecdotal note I believe you are right in that this has nothing to do with BDS. I run a number of servers myself and some play on PS4 and have not had any issues.

If you get the error message next time have a search through the MCPE project and you should find an existing report for it, if you don't feel free to raise a new one.

It just happened again on a world that was just downloaded, so I guess this issue can be removed somehow? Or else somehow moved to be for PS4 bedrock, not sure how I would do that if I would be responsible for it. The one playing got rid of the error message before I could get information from it.
</comment>
