[BDS-3910] Can't use console commands from ssh session?

                <project id="11700" key="BDS">Bedrock Dedicated Server</project>

I'm trying to run bedrock server inside a putty session. So I have a machine with no monitor, keyboard etc, and am just connecting into it using putty from my laptop.

I can start and run the server fine, I just can't type console commands in.

Any suggestions?

The instructions aren't at all clear on what the "console" is, so I didn't appreciate it was even a thing to enter commands here. I thought the references to console commands related to using commands from within the game itself.

Enter "stop" without the forwardslash for it to work.
