&lt;p&gt;This ticket looks like its been raised in the wrong place too, however the devs have already discussed Minecraft Bedrock combat but I&apos;ll summarise it here for you.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;They know there is a difference and parity is the goal, Jeb has released 5 (ish) Java snapshots so far for a combat overhaul version 2 and has been very clear that when its ready it will release on both platforms.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This is on its way! Us Bedrock players will hopefully be using sweeping edge in no time.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As this isn&apos;t really a bug though its likely to be closed by a mod.&lt;/p&gt;
