&lt;p&gt;It looks like you might have posted this in the wrong section. This section of the bug report site is for the Bedrock Dedicated Server software. If you&apos;re on an Xbox then you are unable to join these servers and it is more likely your issue is with the &quot;Minecraft Bedrock Codebase&quot;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I would suggest moving your issue over there for best visibility if it is still happening. It would also help to check the guide on how to report a bug. More information about how often it happens, how you reproduce the issue and even an upload of the world (although hard on an xbox) help immensely.&lt;/p&gt;
