                <environment>I don&amp;#39;t know or care about any of this technical stuff, all I know is I was playing just fine with all my content this afternoon, and now all my purchases are gone. I have a linked account I use between Android and Switch, but this issue is effecting my Android at the moment (it&amp;#39;s too late for me to try the Switch, but it was was working this afternoon too). I&amp;#39;ve signed out and back in, I&amp;#39;ve checked the store to see if they just needed to be redownloaded, but they show up as available for purchase</environment>

&lt;p&gt;In November. They&apos;ve since referred to XBox Live help (who referred me back to to them) and here (who are now referring me back to them), that is when they aren&apos;t ignoring me for weeks at a time only to try to close my reports when &lt;b&gt;I&lt;/b&gt; don&apos;t back to*them* within two days. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This whole process has been absolutely abysmal. As someone who has spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars on Minecraft across five platforms and countless devices over the course of a decade, this feels like nothing short of utter and absolute betrayal. &lt;/p&gt;</comment>
