[BDS-18605] Latest Preview not supported on Ubuntu 18

                <project id="11700" key="BDS">Bedrock Dedicated Server</project>

The latest preview version of the BDS software doesn't appear to support Ubuntu Bionic (18) whereas all the official claims of BDS is supported in 18+

This is related to the GLIBC version needed to run the compiled software, which is 2.27 in bionic by default. BDS seems to currently be expecting 2.29 and 2.30 versions of GLIBC to be available to run.

Current Errors:

./bedrock_server: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.26' not found (required by ./bedrock_server)
./bedrock_server: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.30' not found (required by ./bedrock_server)
./bedrock_server: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libm.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.29' not found (required by ./bedrock_server)
./bedrock_server: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libpthread.so.0: version `GLIBC_2.30' not found (required by ./bedrock_server)

Perhaps this is not a bug and will be addressed in the full release of the version.

Note: Would not let me set a custom affected version so just picked the only label. This is currently affecting the latest preview version 1.20.20.23

Accordingly, the Linux Minecraft Dedicated Server will also raise its minimum target Ubuntu version to 20.04 LTS (Focal Fossa) in a later 1.20 update (exact release to be determined)."

I made BDS-18598 because 1.20.20.23 didn't even work on 20.04 but it got marked as private (apparently the systemd service name I gave counted as an email). 1.20.30.20 works on 20.04 again, but I doubt they intend to support 18.04 much longer.
</comment>
