            <title>[BDS-18447] Unable to op and deop players in game</title>

                    <description>&lt;p&gt;When going to op a player or deop them via chat in game it fails however the command can be ran from the servers console. this effect both op and deop. Other commands execute correctly in game.&lt;/p&gt;

1 playerA has operator status&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;2 playerB is just a member&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;3 in game playerA goes to run /op playerB&#160;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;4 this then errors out as per the attached screen shot&lt;/p&gt;
