[BDS-18130] My user profile appears to be corrupted

                <project id="11700" key="BDS">Bedrock Dedicated Server</project>

I am playing Bedrock on XBox One. version 1.19.6301.0

When loading my existing world I am spawned in as a guest at world spawn with a starting map and a bonus chest.

This occurs not every time, on occasion I am loaded as my normal profile.

I have saved a file after playing for a few minutes and then spawned back in as a new (different) guest, as I was back in the world spawn with only those starting items.

This affects my main save and backup, also saves on other worlds.

I have tried deleting and re-installing minecraft, this did not help.

Is the problem on my console, should I delete saved data?

I have been reluctant to do this in case I lose my world. I have been playing this world since 1.15 and don't want to lose it.

Anyway, I have lost very little, and am happy enough to keep going. At lest the world doesn't appear corrupted at all, and I have finally found world spawn. I lost its location almost immediately in this world.

                            <comment id="1241142" author="JIRAUSER681602" created="Tue, 28 Feb 2023 01:23:43 +0100"  >
Okay, I deleted my data from my console, re-synced with the cloud, and this does seem to have fixed the problem with re-spawning as a new guest.

Okay, so I lost my old profile, but last time I was on with that I unloaded my inventory into chests so I kept all my items. All I really lost is pet loyalty.

I think yhis is probably a conclusion to this query. Must have been a corrupted user profile on my console.
</comment>
                            <comment id="1240844" author="ocelotonesie" created="Mon, 27 Feb 2023 00:43:47 +0100"  >
We are tracking this issue at <del>MCPE-164765</del>, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate. It is not a problem with your console, and you should not delete your save data.
</comment>
