[BDS-1120] infinite hunger and infinite food supply on data converted from MCPE 1.11

                <project id="11700" key="BDS">Bedrock Dedicated Server</project>

this a bedrock server hosted on ubuntu in the cloud. It was working fine on 1.11 till the 1.12 upgrade. I simply uploaded the bedrock_server and libCrypto.so from 1.12 to the directory where all the data file/directory located. then 'infinite hunger and infinite food supply' bug.

in order to compare the result of a vanilla server, I also created a vanilla server with files from the zip file. This server does not exhibit the 'infinite hunger & infinite food' problem. they do get hunger and food does file them up.

I think it is data compatibility problem for data converted from 1.11.

please advise. thanks

backup all your server files

setup a new server or clean up you existing server by removing all files from the 1.11

upload Vanilla 1.12 ziip to the server, unzip the package

update the server.perperties file with the contents from your server backup

startup the new 1.12 vanilla server

test access to this new server

shutdown server

upload all the contents in the worlds directory to the new server from your backup

startup the server again

you might need to grant the OP's to these users once they log into the server the first time

Enjoy
</comment>

While eating will temporarily resolve hunger, when I eat, the food item count doesn't decrease. The hunger bar will temporarily fill, but suddenly reverts back and it appears that I've not eaten. This makes the server instance unplayable and is effectively a game-breaking (or at least world-breaking or save-breaking) bug.
</comment>
