[BDS-10569] Update 1.16.200 prevents shader usage.

                <project id="11700" key="BDS">Bedrock Dedicated Server</project>

After the forced update to 1.16.200, I was unable to play my worlds with shaders I had previously installed versions. I had grown very accustomed to this, as I've been playing Minecraft since it's debut and needed a different feel. I do not have RTX, and likely will not spend the kind of money on a rig to support it in these uncertain times. I was very content just freshening up my worlds with texture/shader packs until I could justify a good pc purchase. I cannot revert to an old version, and I cannot disable renderdragon.. so I'm stuck without RTX, AND without minor shader updates that changed my game quite significantly. Please look into this for people who are not running high end machines..

note: my pc isn't top of the line but not a windows vista (ha). I had NO run ablilty issues or complaints from Windows 10 Bedrock. Not even with mods textures shaders. But I was told that my driver did not support ray tracing and I could try the free RTX worlds

However like they said there is going to be a hold out community who don't buy Nvidia who now have in their minds a worse gaming experience....They may even leave Bedrock all together in some cases, possibly taking their community along with them. Just a note for PR and Devs.
</comment>

Currently, Render Dragon does not support 3rd party community shaders. Any community shaders previously used on Minecraft for Windows 10 may not run on a Render Dragon version of the game.
