 Description

Put the summary of the bug you're having here

What I expected to happen was to make a underwater house with floating glowstone in glass.

What actually happened was the glass had a weird, blue, static-y, texture on the bottom and all sides on the glass, and when touched with your character, blocks get farther away and the water above gets brighter.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a 1x3 dirt pillar
2. Place glowstone or glass on top
3. Look underneath!

Looks like z-fighting, same as MCPE-188?
