 Description   

Using HP Stream 7 Signature Edition purchased from MS Store.
It uses this CPU:
Intel® Atom™ Processor Z3735G (2M Cache, up to 1.83 GHz)

Comes with 1GB of RAM.

See attached screenshot of the store page I see on the Tablet.
Also attaching about page for the HP Stream 7 tablet.

The CPU is x64, that is the only requirement that is listed on the store page.

Today, I was able to install on the HP Stream 7. I guess something happened that allows it now.

Looks like a Microsoft engineers has looked at this issue and referred users to Minecraft support:
