 Description

In Minecraft Windows 10 Edition, when facing north, south, east or west the block placing radius range should be 5 (not counting the middle block) from where the player is standing. The range in 2 directions is limited to 4. This issue has been affecting me when I was trying to build a house. Depending on the direction I was facing, the range was limited making it difficult.

Steps to reproduce
-Make a super flat world in creative.
-Make sure you are standing inside 1 block.
-While standing, place a block the furthest away from you possible in 4 directions.
You should now have something like the attached photo.

Looking at the bugs that have been marked as duplicates of this, perhaps this one should have the summary updated to include breaking too.
