In the Controls section of Options, Split Touch and Lefty options are always displayed regardless of whether or not the user has a touch screen. |

Yes, but some users don't even have a touch screen, rendering these settings rather pointless. |

This is there on purpose. They made it this way so you could switch quickly back and forth from using a keyboard (controller) to touch screen. |
