Confirmed on Samsung Galaxy S4 Android 5.0.1. Sorry that took so long. I was confused.

This bug only happens to adjacent north facing trap doors that are in the vertical position. The trap doors can be placed above below, left or right of eachother. Any number of trap doors can be placed in any order and set to the vertical position in any order. Trap doors in the closed position break the chain. This does not affect trap doors facing other directions.

I cannot reproduce this on Samsung Galaxy S4 Android 5.0.1 MCPE 0.11.1 (the June 11, 2015 version of 0.11.1, yes there are two 0.11.1s). AMAN4700, you need to give more details on how to reproduce your bug.

In creative and survival modes I place a vertical column of three trapdoors that were attached to (pivot from) blocks north of them. With all trap doors in the closed position (unchanged from when I placed them), I broke a block that was adjacent and east of the upper most trap door. None of the trap doors changed state.

I tried again with vertical columns of 3 trap doors attached from the other 3 compass directions and broke a block or placed/removed a torch adjacent to the upper most trap door and again, none of the trap doors changed state.
