If you make a pre-0.9.0 finite world infinite, the sea level in the surrounding new infinite world is one block lower than the old world's sea level.

Confirmed for 0.11.1 on iPhone 6 plus (iOS 8.3). This may be unavoidable, with pre-0.9.0 possibly having a higher sea level.
