Just put the render distance to full.it may slow down but it will load the
world

Please confirm if this issue still affects 0.14.1

Comment by Alawnely [ 29/Mar/16 ]

Sometimes happen on public servers (sometimes i'm inside the glitchy chunk)

Comment by iyuri kenzo gella [ 17/Mar/16 ]

Its not device its caused by unstable wireless connection. If i go to internate external (public non mojang servers) if my wifi has 1-2 bars, it goes like that. If had full bars, i load that same world as if its on my device... I advice you go near the other device especially if you donot own the world and while the world is loading... I did that and the problem solved. Just a weak signal not loading the chunks

Comment by Katten [ 18/Sep/15 ]

Yes, I updated the affects version/s to reflect this.

Comment by [Mojang] MissMarzenia (Aleksandra Zajac) [ 18/Sep/15 ]

Does it still happen in 0.12?

Comment by Katten [ 16/Sep/15 ]

@MissMarzenia: In this case, certain chunks never load for the client (or, at least, in any playable time period). The only solution is to exit and rejoin the LAN server.

Comment by [Mojang] MissMarzenia (Aleksandra Zajac) [ 07/Aug/15 ]

Chunks always load, sometimes the process is longer.

Realized previous pictures showed beautiful skies so sharing this one to show still happens when bobbing, fancy graphics, beautiful skies, and animated water are off. Gotta do lil more trial and error but suspecting niece was on to something when she said to put render distance at highest instead of lowest.

Comment by Michelle [ 30/Jul/15 ]

It may not be the latest and fastest device on the market and I just bought it last year so is new to me. Don't think it is too much to expect the game to still work as intended since the appstore says is compatible for the ipod touch. Surely there has to be some other settings can do to enable the game to function as intended. Otherwise is not just myself but many other gamers who get excluded from enjoying their game just cuz we can't afford to always buy the latest devices right when they become available to the market.

Comment by Carlos Andrade Jr. [ 30/Jul/15 ]

Its your iPod 5g. That thing is about as old as the iPhone 4s. It has an A5 processor which stinks.

Comment by Michelle [ 30/Jul/15 ]

Another example.... They don't always understand why I can't go where they are and instead pace at the border of how far I rendered. I tried putting my render distance short and long since they said maybe that is to blame but I doubt it

Comment by Michelle [ 30/Jul/15 ]

Agree is so frustrating. I almost can't play with my nieces and sister because the world randomly stops generating. Only by exiting and rejoining is it "fixed" for a while. Good to know is not my ipod 5g to blame but hope fix comes asap cuz takes away critical part of game when comes to being able to play in same world via lan. I am visitor in the world with all of us playing version 0.11.1 from different devices

Confirmed on iPod 5th Gen and iPad 3rd Gen(Both have the latest iOS.) and on Moto E2 and Nexus 4(Both have Android 5.0+). While it may be possible to delete files using ES File Explorer, this is still a bug and that "solution" does not work for the iOS devices.

Comment by AMAN4700 [ 08/Jun/15 ]

Confirmed on Samsung Galaxy Note 3. Android 5.0

Comment by Daniel De Leon [ 06/May/15 ]

Read this pls open the file sdcard0(or something)/games/minecraftpe(i didnt know the real name)/minecraftpe(Diddnt know exact name again, the delete it,open minecraft, put your skin and username then join to multiplayer(if it occurs again then repeat again)

Comment by Steven Palmer [ 06/May/15 ]

Playing MCPE v0.10.4 on iPad 2 with iOS 8 and 2 iPad mini with iOS 8. Multi-player over local wifi. Graphics do not load and world seems to end suddenly and it looks like your going to walk off into space. Happens both at ground level and below. No common occurrence for what may trigger it. Leaving the game and quitting the app sometimes seems to fix it but not always.

Confirmed for Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini. Android 4.1.2. This also occurs on external servers on my device

Comment by Daniel De Leon [ 22/Apr/15 ]

It annoys me really bad

Comment by Daniel De Leon [ 22/Apr/15 ]

I know how to fix this
1.(if you have no file app)download any file app like es file app
2. Delete the save by searching the file games then open it
3.then u will see minecraftpe or wathever, the delete that file
4.delete minecraft pe
5.re-install it.
I know this because Im really angry about the unloaded chuncks

Comment by Daniel De Leon [ 21/Apr/15 ]

It occurs in version 0.10.0 to 0.11.0 pls this is only I wanted if it needs alot of internal storage well its ok

Comment by Katten [ 21/Apr/15 ]

Confirmed for 0.10.4 on iPhone 6 plus (iOS 8.3) and iPad Mini (iOS 8.1.3). I have experienced this in both creative and survival mode, using the world types 'flat' and 'infinite', as well as pre-0.9.0 worlds. The barrier's presence is client side, so it's presence varies for different players.

Comment by HyperCamel [ 08/Apr/15 ]

I think this may be a world limit. I have seen a similar report, but cannot seem to find it, no matter what I search
